The second time they will call with all your information about the copier you have and possibly say they are from EBM. They will also tell you about a great deal on toner and how you need to buy right now to get the special.

Usually the special is about 300% over what the retail really should be. If you are a maintenance customer please know your toner is included. If you are a chargeable customer, your toner isn’t included, but feel free to call us and get Genuine toner at an affordable price.
